Grilled Dove Rub
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons granulated onion
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Makes enough for at least a dozen doves. Rub both sides of each dove with the mixture and refrigerate doves for one hour before grilling.
